We have spent 7 days in Bari and that was the restaurant would have liked to check thanks to the TikTok proposal. Normally I am well known about my long descriptions but now I do not think it is needed: THE BEST DINNER DURING OUR SUMMER HOLIDAY!!! This is the restaurant you cannot miss if you visit Bari but be on time if you would like to get a table in 20 min otherwise you need to wait or plan your dinner on the next day😉✌️We were there with our 3 daughters and just can strongly recommend, JUST PERFECT❤️!

We had an amazing time dining at this lovely restaurant in Bari. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and smiling staff. A special thank you goes to Ana, who greeted us as she knows as for years — her kindness truly made our day unforgettable and trip to Bari unique. The prices are very reasonable, and the balance between cost, quality, and portion size is outstanding. Every dish we tried was delicious and generously served. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the service. There might be a wait to get a table, but trust me — it’s absolutely worth it. The atmosphere, the food, and the people make it more than just a meal — it’s an experience. If you’re in Bari and looking for a place with excellent food, a cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service, don’t miss this gem. Highly recommended and would definitely visit when in Bari next time!

Fantastic food, even better service, the lady on the service staff was incredibly nice. We were twice last in queue before closing and always let in, even when the kitchen was closing we were given the chance to order hot food thanks to her. Oreciette with bufala has given us our first and great impression with the puglia cuisine. The carbonara version was also incredible, very rich in flavour and smoky as should be. 10/10 ate 3 times there, always came back.

What an amazing hidden gem in the heart of Bari! La Cantina dello Zio completely won us over with its authentic atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service. The menu offered a great variety of traditional Italian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. Portions were generous, and each plate felt like it was made with love and care. We especially want to thank our lovely waitress, Ana. She was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm and friendly. Ana took the time to explain the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. Her smile and kind attitude truly made a difference. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, a cozy setting, and such heartfelt service. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bari!

We came here for lunch and there was a huge line waiting for a table to eat. They were not giving the tables inside, I didn’t really know what’s the reason but I ask the young lady if it’s possible to sit inside because I have a baby and a small kid and some smokes cigarettes outside. She was kind and with no discussion gave us the table and didn’t wait long in line. The service is fast und food came quickly, taste also really good and for that the google reviews is true! A must try in Bari old town! Price is very reasonable and big portions.
